Semadeni supplies and manufactures spill pallets and containers, cuts semi-finished products to size and builds special constructions to drawing – through CNC machining, welding, bending and thermoforming. Material choice depends on media, temperature and load: PP is typically used up to about 100 °C, PVC-U for cold, chemically loaded applications and PE for tough, impact-resistant and readily weldable components. What we hold in stock are semi-finished products – sheets, tubes and rods ready for direct processing; individual parts and small series are produced in our own plastics machining in Ostermundigen. Because no injection mould is needed, manufacturing is worthwhile from batch size one.

Plastics for industry and trade
Semadeni is a supplier and contract manufacturer for industrial plastics in Switzerland. The offering extends from spill pallets and containers through cut-to-size semi-finished products to welded special constructions – from stock or as custom manufacturing to drawing from our own plastics machining. Material choice depends on media, temperature and mechanical load.
Chemical protection and storage
For the storage and filling of chemical media, spill pallets and basins in PP, PE or PVC-U are suitable: resistant to many acids and alkalis and available in standard or special dimensions. Resistance to the concrete medium and the temperature we assess application-specifically; special pallets we manufacture welded to size.
Cutting to size and semi-finished products
We hold semi-finished products in the common technical thermoplastics: sheets, tubes and rods. We cut them to size, mill contours and cut-outs and drill to drawing. Because no tooling has to be built, manufacturing starts at one piece and stays economical even with frequent changes.

Yes. Semadeni manufactures individual parts and small series to customer requirements through CNC machining, welding, bending or thermoforming. Because no injection mould is needed, batch size one is already possible. Which chemical-resistant pallets does Semadeni supply?
Spill pallets are available in PP (typically up to about 100 °C), PE (tough, impact-resistant and readily weldable) and PVC-U (cold, chemically heavily loaded). Dimensions follow standard sizes or customer dimensions; resistance to the concrete medium we assess product- and application-specifically.

Yes. We hold semi-finished products in the common technical thermoplastics – sheets, tubes and rods – which we saw, mill and drill to size. Because no tooling is needed, manufacturing starts at one piece. Send dimensions, material and quantity; we assess feasibility application-specifically.
Are the industrial containers UN-approved?
For dangerous-goods transport per ADR, we supply UN-approved canisters and containers from stock. The UN approval is design- and contents-related – decisive are the dangerous-goods class, packing group and the tested design, not the material in general.
