Injection moulds from our own mould shop in Switzerland – mould design, Moldflow analysis, sampling as well as mould maintenance and storage. The parts that come out of the finished mould are produced next door in our own injection plant.

Injection-moulded parts in series from our own plant in Switzerland – clamping forces from 22 to 180 t, an ISO 7 cleanroom, technical and food-grade thermoplastics. As contract moulding on your tool, or on a tool from our own mould shop.

Blow moulding of hollow plastic bodies – for bottles, jars, containers and special hollow bodies. Semadeni produces blow-moulded parts in PE-HD and PP in series, PET by stretch blow moulding.

Contract packing, labelling, kitting and packing for articles from our own injection moulding and our trade range – we do not just produce, we finish them to your specification. Semadeni works to ISO 9001 and is certified to ISO 22000; in the packing room we pack articles in food contact under the corresponding hygiene conditions.

Which manufacturing processes does Semadeni offer?
Semadeni processes plastics from design and tool and mould making through to series production: injection moulding, blow moulding, thermoforming, bending and laminating, CNC machining, welding, confectioning and finishing, engraving and laser marking, and quality assurance. Which service fits depends on quantity, geometry and material.
Which process suits which quantity?
For prototypes and small batches, CNC machining is economical because no tooling is required. For medium to large series, injection moulding pays off; blow and thermoforming suit hollow bodies and trays. We choose together based on quantity, tolerance and material.
Does Semadeni also manufacture custom special parts?
Yes. With our own design, tool and mould making, we realise customer-specific parts, assemblies and small batches. Describe the application, material and quantity – we check the suitable process and prepare a quote.
Are the manufactured parts certified and documented?
Semadeni is certified to ISO 9001; for regulated applications additionally to ISO 13485 (medical devices), ISO 22000 (food) and ISO/TS 22002-4 (food packaging). We supply first-article inspection reports and conformity evidence on a product- and application-specific basis, on request.
