In detail
Semadeni supplies standardised plastic containers for warehouse, picking and in-house transport in Switzerland. The range extends from stacking and euro boxes through open-front and reusable containers to UN-approved dangerous-goods packaging – complemented by special containers from our own injection and blow moulding. Standard containers are available from stock.
Euro-norm containers in the base size 600 × 400 mm match euro pallets and common shelving systems and are available in various heights. Closed, perforated and stackable designs cover different storage and conveying tasks. The selection depends on the load carrier, stacking load and handling.
Plastic pallets connect the load carrier to the containers: euro pallets in the base size 1200 × 800 mm and industrial pallets in the base size 1200 × 1000 mm in PE-HD, plus half pallets for smaller units. Both base sizes are available from stock. Washable and dimensionally stable, they suit hygiene areas and recurring reusable cycles; we state the permissible load product-specifically, because it depends strongly on pallet type and storage method.
Pallet boxes, collapsible boxes and large containers support closed reusable cycles and reduce packaging waste. Thermal boxes maintain the cold chain in in-house transport. Robust, cleaning-friendly containers are durable and thus economical in recurring use.
For packaging and shipping we supply buckets, hobbocks, wide-neck drums as well as bags and films in PE-LD and PP. For dangerous goods, UN-approved canisters and containers per ADR are available. The suitable design depends on the dangerous-goods class, packing group and contents.
Euro containers (euro-norm containers) are standardised stacking containers in the base size 600 × 400 mm – derived from the 1200 × 800 mm euro pallet size and thus matching euro pallets and standardised shelving systems. They are available in various heights and designs (closed, perforated, with lid).
Yes. Canisters, hobbocks and pails with UN approval for dangerous-goods transport per ADR are in the range. The UN approval is design- and contents-related – decisive are the dangerous-goods class, packing group and the tested design.
Yes, from stock. We supply euro pallets in the base size 1200 × 800 mm and industrial pallets in the base size 1200 × 1000 mm in PE-HD, plus half pallets. Plastic pallets are washable and dimensionally stable and therefore suited to hygiene areas and reusable cycles. The permissible load depends strongly on pallet type and storage method – we state it product-specifically.
The containers are designed for stackable reusable use: robust, cleaning-friendly and durable. The permissible stacking load depends on type, height and load – we state it product-specifically so that shelving and conveyor systems are safely dimensioned.
Yes. Many containers are available in various colours, which supports colour-code systems for sorting, picking and hygiene. The available colours depend on the container type – we state the concrete selection for the respective article.
Yes. Customer-specific containers, inserts and dividers we manufacture in our own injection moulding and blow moulding. Send us requirements on dimensions, stacking load and load carrier – we assess material and manufacturing route application-specifically.
