As a Swiss family business since 1952, we combine more than 8,000 ex-stock articles with our own development, custom manufacturing and contract production in Switzerland. Every industry solution accounts for the relevant standards and certificates of conformity – food contact under EU 10/2011, autoclavability for laboratory and clinic, or UN approvals for dangerous goods – and combines standard products with customer-specific containers, packaging and systems. Which industries does Semadeni offer plastic solutions for?
We supply laboratory and life science, food and hospitality, healthcare and care, industry and trade, logistics and packaging, as well as forensics and occupational safety. Each industry page shows the product worlds, typical applications and the responsible advisers.
Do you also produce customer-specific special parts?
Yes. Besides more than 8,000 standard articles, we develop and manufacture customer-specific containers, packaging and systems – with our own tool and mould making, plus injection moulding and thermoforming in Switzerland, and blow moulding at the Königstein plant (D) and at Biplast AG in Sitterdorf (CH). Describe the application, material and quantity for a recommendation.
Are the products approved for food contact or laboratory use?
Suitability is always product- and application-specific. We carry articles for food contact under EU 10/2011 as well as autoclavable laboratory and clinic containers, and supply data sheets and certificates of conformity on request. We do not promise blanket suitability – we assess your specific case.
