Is Semadeni AG certified to ISO/TS 22002-4:2015?
Yes. Semadeni AG is certified to ISO/TS 22002-4:2015 – certificate no. 12767, issued by QS Zürich AG, valid until 23.02.2028 subject to successful surveillance audits. The certified scope covers: Development, production (injection moulding) and distribution of plastic products. Category I. The certified site is Ostermundigen (CH).
What it is about
ISO/TS 22002-4 complements ISO 22000 with prerequisite programmes (PRPs) specific to the manufacture of food packaging. The technical specification covers hygiene, contamination control and production conditions.

For you: safeguarded manufacturing of food-contact packaging – the packaging-specific complement to ISO 22000.

What the audit covers
The audit covers site layout and hygiene zoning, cleaning and disinfection schedules, foreign-body prevention, pest prevention, material flow and storage, maintenance, personnel hygiene, and the handling and labelling of packaging materials.
For your procurement
ISO/TS 22002-4 supplements ISO 22000 with the prerequisite programmes for manufacturing food packaging. The two certificates are issued separately, hold separate numbers (12767 and 12766) and are monitored within the same audit cycle.
