The starting point
At Kollwitzstrasse 51 in Berlin, only fresh ingredients are gently cold-pressed. The process extracts all the valuable nutrients and minerals – from the skin to the core. The juices have to be effectively protected during transport and storage.
The solution
The juices are filled into PET bottles from Logo Plastic. The barrier properties of PET prevent oxidation; the PET used has food contact approval and can be recycled or reused without difficulty.
We manufacture the bottle as part of an integrated packaging solution at our plant in Königstein (DE), using the two-stage stretch blow moulding process. 10 blow moulding machines are available at this site. The process is subject to ISO 22000, which secures food safety in the design, production and distribution of these products.
The bJuice logo is applied in relief lettering and adds visual and tactile appeal.
The outcome
The barrier properties provide optimal aroma protection and good shelf life – bJuice can be certain that its cold-pressed juices keep their freshness and intense taste. At the same time the elegant bottle underlines the brand's corporate identity.
