Extraordinary price increase due to the raw material situation
Unfortunately, we are forced to temporarily increase our prices from April 27, 2026.
In brief
Due to the strained raw material situation, Semadeni is applying temporary, selective raw material surcharges from 27 April 2026 – only on items already purchased at increased prices. As soon as the situation returns to normal, price reductions will be passed on without delay.
Due to the current situation with raw materials, resulting from the conflict in the Middle East, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily increase our prices for certain items starting April 27, 2026. The price increases apply only to items that we have already purchased from our manufacturers at higher prices. You can find the current, up-to-date prices at any time in our online shop. The raw material surcharges will also be itemized on the order confirmation.
Against the backdrop of ongoing military conflicts in the Middle East and the associated geopolitical tensions, the situation on the international raw material markets has dramatically worsened. The strained raw material situation is currently leading to supply bottlenecks and extremely high raw material prices, which is affecting availability, delivery times, and pricing. Consequently, this situation affects the entire plastics industry in Europe and has a direct impact on our products as well.
We assure you: As soon as the situation returns to normal, we will immediately pass on any price reductions from our suppliers to you and reduce or eliminate the raw material surcharge.
