Experimenting fun with pharmaSuisse and Semadeni

The Swiss Chemists’ Association is celebrating its 175th anniversary with members and customers. With the aim of allowing the pharmacy to be experienced with the aid of experiments, pharmaSuisse, together with the Swiss Science Center Technorama, has developed an experimenting set for children and young people. In a fun manner, this set fosters the discoverer and researcher spirit of the young chemists. Pharmacies throughout Switzerland can give the experimenting set to children/young people (9 years and over) for free.

In addition to various other utensils, safety goggles and test tubes from our Semadeni standard product range are also important components of the experimenting sets. Using the stable and tightly sealable tubes, young chemists can mix simple substances such as red cabbage juice, natron and citric acid and observe the emerging reaction. The plastic tubes are hardly breakable and are therefore highly suitable for repeated journeys of discovery.

The exciting experiments can be found at www.ihr-apotheker.ch and can be performed at home.

If you have any questions about the safety goggles and test tubes, Joaquin Trinidad would be happy to answer them.
