New Ecosolution Airless Dispensing System
March 28, 2012
The world’s first ecological airless dispensing system combines a simple but attractive design with clear advantages: it protects the product inside against oxidation and contamination, and is environment-friendly at the same time.
The new ecosolutionTM airless dispenser is made entirely of plastic. Since no metal or glass parts are being used, the dispenser is fully recyclable. This means that CO2 emissions throughout the entire lifecycle are approximately 30 % lower than in comparable dispensers. This makes the ecosolutionTM airless dispenser the ideal packaging for lotions, creams or other viscous media.
Using the ‘bag-in-bottle’ technology, the product is contained in a bag (consisting of five layers) which automatically contracts during dispensing and squeezes out the content without admitting air into the system. As a result, the content is at all times protected against oxidation and contamination, and remains usable for a long period.
In Switzerland, ecosolutionTM is available exclusively through Semadeni.
